- Petalyn Albert: Hi there Team Donni, I just wanted to sing your praises for a moment. We are friends of Ken and Debbie and so my husband brought home one of your scarves for me one day. I have many scarves but they all bother my neck (too heavy or something). Ever since my DS came home I’ve worn it more and more. I LOVE it! Everything about it! Plus, there’s definitely a blessing that comes with it and that manifests in different ways depending on the situation. I was wearing my DS the other evening when Steve and I went to an art show. The artist commented on my scarf when we met. She’s a very nice lady from New York who customizes her art for the area it is intended. I love her sincerity.... (a spirit of purpose you have in common). Anyway, we purchased a couple of her pieces and again at the end of the even she stressed again how much she loved my scarf. Well, before I really knew what I was doing, I found myself taking it off and placing it around her neck saying “It’s yours. It’s a very special scarf and my dear husband gave it to me, but I want you to have it.” Honestly, I often give away what I’m wearing, but I didn’t know what possessed me to let go of that scarf because I had so many sentimental reasons not to. So, I think that your intention and Donny’s spirit runs strongly through the Donni Scarf ‘movement’, I really do. It seems to have work to do and it’s just doing it through us. Anyway, I wanted to encourage and let you know how your scarves have hooked me. Moving forward, I intend to make the DS my default tithing for remembrance and giving because I love them and to support you in any way I can, whenever I can, in my own small way. Thank you!
