Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, donni charm is pleased to offer an exchange within 14 days of the original purchasing date. The scarf must be in new condition for us to complete the return. Please note: shipping costs are not refundable when exchanging or returning an item, but we will happily cover the cost of shipping for an exchange.
How To Return An Item

Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.Return Exceptions Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges Items must be returned in new and resaleable condition. You will be responsible for paying return shipping.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. For items of greater value, please contact info@donnicharm or 1-877-30CHARM for assistance.
